A NASA (Total Carbon Observing Network Fourier Transform Infrared) TCCON FTIR spectrometer was deployed from August – December 2012 at the site denoted by a red cross; a scanning Doppler lidar was deployed at the same site beginning in April 2013. Power plants, landfills, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) are indicated as well.
