Comparison of the FV study region emission rates to multi-basin datasets. The blue distributions correspond to tracer flux ratio measurements from multi-basin studies by Allen et al. (2013) for production, Mitchell et al. (2015) for gathering and Subramanian et al. (2015) for transmission. The gold distributions correspond to the data from the FV study region within the Fayetteville Shale play. Fits were done to a lognormal distribution and coefficients are reproduced in SM Text S1, Section 9.
