Week 3. Biology Careers Ethics in Biology Identify ethical considerations in biology research. 
Finding careers in Biology Discuss careers available to students who complete a Biology degree. 
CVs, Resumes, and Cover Letters Write a resume and cover letter for a specific biology-related position. 
Week 4. Persistence and Mindset Chapter 2, “What Makes an Expert?” from What the Best College Students Do (Bain, 2012) Self-reflect on their own questions in college. 
Understanding Mindset (Dweck, 2006) Discuss how a student's mindset can help or hinder their academic success.
