Michael J. Devine is an adjunct professor of history at the University of Wyoming and is currently serving as a Senior Fulbright Lecturer in Korea. He was director of the Harry S. Truman Library from 2001 to 2014. He served as president of NCPH from 1999 to 2000 and received the organization’s Robert Kelly Memorial award in 2014.
