Susan Boslego Carter is Professor Emerita, Economics, UC Riverside and 2016-17 Edward A. Dickson Emeritus Professor on the Riverside campus. She is a general editor of Historical Statistics of the United States, Millennial Edition, 2006. Her current book in progress explores the economic, social, political, and cultural history of the Chinese restaurant in America.
