Elisa E. Beshero-Bondar is Associate Professor of English and Director of the Center for the Digital Text in the Humanities Division, University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. She is the author of Women, Epic, and Transition in British Romanticism (2011) as well as articles on Mary Russell Mitford, Lord Byron, and Robert Southey that have appeared in ELH, Genre, Philological Quarterly, Literature Compass, and Women’s History Review. She is Principal Investigator and Technical Coordinator of the Digital Mitford Project, http://digitalmitford.org, archiving the works and letters of Mary Russell Mitford. She is also working on the Frankenstein Variorum Project to produce a digital collated edition of the MS notebooks, 1818, Thomas, 1823, and 1831 editions of Mary Shelley’s novel.
