Does the world need another book about the work of Frank Gehry? The explosion of publications over the past twenty years on arguably the most famous living architect might well engender skepticism as to the necessity for another. Appearing shortly after his ninety-first birthday in February 2020, this first volume of a projected eight- to ten-volume catalogue raisonné of the architect's designs inaugurates a hugely ambitious undertaking.
