The website for the Canadian Centre for Architecture, recently redesigned by graphic design firm Studio Lin, addresses and responds to a multitude of contemporary questions regarding the organization of institutional knowledge; user navigation; changing, user-friendly content; and timely access within the digital humanities realm.1 Overall, the redesign astutely asks: How can an interface collapse archive, institutional history, exhibitions, current publications, and ongoing events to create a meaningful experience for each separate user?

Directed by a large team in a collaborative effort involving both the curatorial and publication departments at the CCA, Studio Lin designed an interface that blends clear, legible digital craft with profound institutional depth at each link.
