Author of Pan-Asianism and the Legacy of the Chinese Revolution (Chicago, 2023) and The Politics of Time in China and Japan: Back to the Future (Routledge, 2022) and is currently doing research on G. W. F. Hegel and philosophies of history in China and Japan.
