Eating at the Edge Available to Purchase

jamie horwitz is the 2009 Morgan Chair of Architectural Design at the University of Louisville Hite Art Institute. On leave from the department of architecture at Iowa State University, where she tends to eat peanut butter and jam sandwiches at her computer, she can now take advantage of the Morgan Chair's stipend for taking students and colleagues out to eat. Horwitz's coedited collection, Eating Architecture, was republished in paperback by The MIT Press in 2006.
