A Cook's Story, So Far

payson cushman
payson cushman grew up all over New England, which he still considers home, even though he now lives and works on the West Coast. After graduating from Williams College with a degree in political science in 2005, he decided to commit to his culinary ambitions and attend The Culinary Institute of America. He has been working as a line cook ever since, in New York, Paris and, now, San Francisco.
