She is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the National University of Singapore. She is working on a forthcoming book titled Visceral Politics: Intimate Imaginaries of Power in South India.

Angela is a research scientist at Indiana University’s Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis, co-founder and director of the Critical Food Studies Lab, dog and turtle parent, candlemaker, and aspiring farmer.
