Indira Arumugam is an anthropologist working in Tamil Nadu, South India, and among the Tamil diaspora in Singapore. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the National University of Singapore. She is working on a forthcoming book titled Visceral Politics: Intimate Imaginaries of Power in South India.

Angela Babb is a critical human geographer who strives for food justice through research and activism. Angela is a research scientist at Indiana University’s Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis, co-founder and director of the Critical Food Studies Lab, dog and turtle parent, candlemaker, and aspiring farmer.

Megan Betz is a local food scholar, activist, and practitioner. She lives and works in Bloomington, Indiana, and is currently CEO/president of Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, a local community food resource center.
