A poem written in response to a curious phenomenon that took place in Emilia-Romagna in March 2020, when Lambrusco wine flowed out of home faucets in Castelvetro, Italy, for several hours, in the midst of the first wave of COVID-19 lockdowns. The “miraculous” event was caused by a plumbing malfunction at a local winery.
