Borscht – A Love Story

Bryan Demchinsky is a Montreal-based writer and editor. He is the author or co-author of five books, including After Auschwitz: One Man’s Story (McGill-Queen’s University Press). The American Library Association picked After Auschwitz as its best university press book published in Canada in 2007. “Borscht: A Love Story” will be part of a family memoir the author is writing.
