Louise Bland has over 28 years of experience in the restaurant and food retail business. She began her career in the restaurants of London, working her way from commis chef to head chef. Louise changed course in 1995, joining Marks and Spencer as a product developer; she eventually advanced to head of Product Development for Fresh Foods, where she managed a team involved in strategic direction, quality, and new first-to-market product range launches. In 2012 Louise started her own business as an innovation and product specialist in food training and development and currently works in Cape Town, South Africa.
