John Grossmann
John Grossmann has written about food and chefs and restaurants for such publications as The Art of Eating, Departures, Edible Jersey, Food Arts, Gourmet, Plate, Real Eats, and Saveur. A story of his from Gourmet was included in Best Food Writing 2007. He was a finalist in the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards in the food journalist category. He is the co-author, with Emmy-winning acoustic ecologist Gordon Hempton, of One Square Inch of Silence (Free Press 2009).
