mark menjivar is a husband, father, and photographer living in San Antonio, Texas. His exhibit, You Are What You Eat, has traveled to over fifteen cities and serves as a catalyst for dialogue about diverse food issues. Menjivar holds a ba in Social Work from Baylor University and is an mfa candidate in the Art and Social Practice program at Portland State University.
