judith reese gorfain made a career of developing recipes, new products, and restaurant menus for the food industry, which allowed her to indulge her passion for cooking and her sensuous relationship with food. Her writing has appeared in the New York Times and the Christian Science Monitor. Recently returned to her roots in Minnesota, Gorfain is completing Stalking Broccoli, an account of the five years she spent cooking and writing on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
