This statement is provided as an archival document and template on university responses to political restrictions on key Ethnic Studies pedagogies and knowledges. This public document was put forth by the College of Education at California State University, Fullerton in response to a local school district’s rejection of the use of critical race theory in their K-12 curriculum.
