Terrence Lyons
Terrence Lyons is a fellow in the foreign policy studies program of the Brookings Institution. During 1997 he served as senior program adviser and Monrovia office director of the Carter Center’s Liberia election project. He is the author of Voting for Peace: Post-Conflict Elections in Liberia (Washington, D.C.: Brookings Institution, forthcoming).
