Duncan Perry is a professor of history and dean of graduate studies and research at Central Washington University. He is the author of The Politics of Terror: The Macedonian Revolutionary Movements, 1893-1903 and Stefan Stambolov: The Emergence of Modern Bulgaria, 1870-1895 (Durham, N.C.: Duke University Press, 1988 and 1993).
