The Puerto Rico Question Revisited

Juan M. García Passalacqua is a political analyst for radio, television, and newspapers in San Juan. He is a professor in the doctoral program at the Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Puerto Rico y el Caribe in San Juan. His publications in English include Puerto Rico: Equality and Freedom at Issue (New York: Praeger, 1984) and the forthcoming America’s Folly: Relations with the Puerto Ricans in the Twentieth Century.
