Glenn E. Robinson is an assistant professor of Middle East politics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, and a research associate at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author of Building a Palestinian State: The Incomplete Revolution (Bloomington: Indiana University Press. 1997).
