Richard Falk is Albert G. Milbank Professor of International Law and Practice at Princeton University. He is also rapporteur for the Global Civilization Project under the auspices of the World Order Models Project, and author of Explorations at the Edge of Time: Prospects for World Order (Philadelphia: Temple University Press, 1992).
