Milan Svec

Milan Svec is a visiting professor at the United States Army Russian Institute in Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany. He was deputy chief of the Czechoslovak embassy in Washington, D. C. from 1982 to 1985, and was granted political asylum in the United States in 1985.
