Canada in the Post-Cold War World

Joseph T. Jockel is the director of the Canadian Studies Program at St. Lawrence University. He is the author or coauthor of many articles and several books on Canadian defense policy and Canadian-American relations. His most recent book is Security to the North: Canada-US Defense Relations in the 1990s (East Lansing: Michigan State University Press, 1991).
