Japan’s Relations with North Korea

Hong Nack Kim is the editor of the Asia Pacific Review. He has written extensively on East Asian affairs and is coeditor of Korea and the Major Powers after the Seoul Olympics (Seoul: Institute of K orean Studies, 1989). In the academic year 1990-1991, he is a Fulbright visiting professor at Seoul National University.
