Human Rights in China

James V. Feinerman was an exchange student at Beijing University under the auspices of the Committee on Scholarly Communication with the People’s Republic of China, in 1979–1980, and a Fulbright Lecturer on Law in 1982–1983. He is editorin-chief of the American Bar Association’s China Law Reporter.
