Howard J. Wiarda is a research associate at the Harvard Center for International Affairs, and an adjunct scholar of the American Enterprise Institute. He is the author of The Democratic. Revolution in Latin America (to be published under the auspices of the Twentieth Century Fund).

Iêda Siqueira Wiarda teaches at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and is the author of monographs, articles and chapters dealing with Latin America and United States-Latin American relations.
