Canadian Relations with the United States

Charles F. Doran is the director of the Center of Canadian Studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C. He has published extensively on security, commercial and energy issues and is the president of the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States for 1987–1989.
