Canada’s New Internationalism

John Kirton is coordinator of the International Relations Program and codirector of Research at the Centre for International Studies at the University of Toronto. He is coauthor of Canada as a Principal Power (Toronto: John Wiley, 1983) and coeditor of Canada and the New Internationalism (Toronto: Canadian Institute of International Affairs and Centre for International Studies, 1988).
