Soviet Policy in East Asia

Robert C. Horn is a consultant for the Rand-UCLA Center for the Study of Soviet International Behavior. He has published widely on Soviet policy in Asia, including Soviet-Indian Relations: Issues and Influence (New York: Praeger, 1982) and Alliance Politics Between Comrades: The Dynamics of Soviet-Vietnamese Relations (Santa Monica: Rand-UCLA Center, 1987). His current project examines Sino-Soviet relations in Southeast Asia.
