The Two Faces of Soviet Military Power

David R. Jones was an associate of the Russian Research Center of Harvard University during 1986-1987. He has written many articles on Russian and Soviet military affairs, and a monograph on mobility and Russian/Soviet tactics; he edits the Soviet Armed Forces Review Annual and the Military-Naval Encyclopedia of Russia and the Soviet Union.
