Alvin Z. Rubinstein is a senior fellow of the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He is the author of Soviet Foreign Policy since World War II, 2d ed. (Boston: Little, Brown, 1985), the editor of The Arab—Israeli Conflict: Perspectives (New York: Praeger, 1984) and the coeditor of Anti-Americanism in the Third World (New York: Praeger, 1985).
