Hong N. Kim is the editor of the Political Studies Review. He has written extensively on East Asian affairs and is the author of “Sino–Japanese Economic Relations,” in United States Congress, Joint Economic Committee, China’s Economy in the Eighties (Washington, D.C.: U.S. Government Printing Office, 1985).
