Christine Wong is coeditor, with Elizabeth Perry, of The Political Economy of Reform in Post-Mao China (Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1985), and has written on industrial reform and rural industrialization. She is currendy completing a study of rural industrialization policies in China.
