Civil War and Foreign Intervention in Chad

Alex Rondos was on the staff of West Africa magazine between 1977 and 1982, has written extensively on francophone Africa in a variety of publications in Europe and the Urnted States, and is a contributor to the Africa Contemporary Record (London). He is currently in Ethiopia as a consultant to Catholic Relief Services.
