Pierre-Henri Laurent is a European diplomatic historian whose major interests are in the Lowlands and France and in the postwar integration movement, especially the European Community. He has recently contributed to International Fascism (Beverly Hills: Sage Publishers, 1979), The Harvard Encyclopedia of American Ethnic Groups (Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1980) and The Reshaping of Europe, 1944-49 (Montreal: University of Montreal Press, 1983).
