France: The Return of the Revolutionary Tradition

W. Francis Ryan is director of the Insdtute of Humanities at Old Dominion University. His research areas are French polidcs and rightist thought during the Third Republic, and he has published articles on righust movements in the late nineteenth century. He is currendy working on a book-length manuscript, La Croix and the Radical Right in France, 1870-1900.
