Rosemarie Crisostomo is a social science analyst in the U.S.S.R. Branch of the Foreign Demographic Analysis Division, Bureau of the Census, U.S. Department of Commerce. She has lectured widely in the U.S. and abroad on Soviet demographic trends and her most recent work includes two forthcoming U.S. Census Bureau monographs—The Demographic Dilemma of the Soviet Union and Russian Language Training in Soviet Central Asia.
