Ronald H. McDonald is author of Parly Systems and Elections in Latin America (Santa Monica: Rand Corporation, 1971) and has published research in the Journal of Politics, American Journal of Political Science, Inter-American Economic Affairs, Western Political Quarterly, and other journals. He was recently Fulbright Lecturer at the University of the Republic, Montevideo, Uruguay.
