Eight Years of Military Rule in Chile

Arturo Valenzuela is a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in 1981-1982. He has also served as director of the Comparative Area Studies Program and the Council of Latin American Studies at Duke University, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Chile and Catholic University of Chile and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Sussex, England. His books include Political Brokers in Chile (Durham, N.C.: Duke University Press, 1977).
