Richard H. Leach, director of the Canadian Studies Program at Duke University, also serves as a contributing editor of this and other journals. His recent writing has focused on Canada and comparative studies of federal systems. His last article in this journal was “Canada and the United States: A Special Relationship,” April, 1977.
