Otto Ulč specializes in international law and comparative communism. He is the author of The Judge in a Communist State (Athens: Ohio University Press, 1972), Politics in Czechoslovakia (San Francisco: W.H. Freeman, 1974), four books in the Czech language, and is a contributor to major Western political science journals.
