Revolutionary Cuba

Sergio Roca is the author of Cuban Economic Policy and Ideology: The Ten Million Ton Sugar Harvest (Beverly Hills: Sage, 1976), “Economic Aspects of Cuban Involvement in Africa” in Cuban Studies/Estudios Cubanos (1980), and “Ideology and Development Policy: A Comparison of Mexico and Cuba” in Interamerican Review/Revista (1977). He has also written articles on economic planning, housing and income redistribution in socialist Cuba. His most recent visit to the island was in August, 1980.
