Murray Hiebert is an associate at the Indochina Project, a joint program of the Center for International Policy, the American Friends Service Committee, and the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) in Washington, D.C., and is cocditor of the monthly Indochina Issues series. He was a representative of the MCC in Laos from 1975 to 1978, and visited there again twice in 1979.
