Canadian Food Policy and the Third World

Theodore Cohn is the author of Canadian Food Aid: Domestic and Foreign Policy Implications (Denver: University of Denver, Graduate School of International Studies, 1979), and of articles on international aid and trade policy. He is currently involved in a major study of Canada and international trade, in which his focus is agricultural trade policy.
