Separatism and Quebec

Peter T. Sherrill served as an international relations officer with the Department of State (A.I.D.) from 1962 to 1965, and as a program officer with the Department of Interior in 1966-1967. He has been a regular visitor to Canada during the past ten years and has written several articles on modern Canadian history and travel in Canada.
