The Modernization of the Chinese Military

Leo Yueh-yun Liu, chairman of the department of political science at Brandon University in Canada, is the author of a book and many articles on China. One of his articles, “Comparative Nuclear Policies: China and Other Developing Countries (1968)” has recently been adopted as a text by the United States Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.
