Singapore: Prosperity in a Global City

K. Mulliner has been managing editor of the Ohio University Center for International Studies’ Papers in International Studies and editor of the Southeast Asia Series. He served as a United States Foreign Service Officer in Malaysia during the time (1963-1965) that Singapore was merged therewith. He is a coeditor of Southeast Asia, An Emerging Center of World Influence? Economic and Resource Considerations (Athens: Ohio University Center for International Studies, 1977).
